Looking for a replacement balance spring and locking tab

Hello, Matt. I'm sorry to say that that number isn't enough for us to ID a match. We will need photos of the balance in question, ideally removed from the window and in undamaged condition. We may need more information after that, but I have to know what to ask for first. 

Thank you! These photos are perfect. I have a pretty good idea of what you have, but we'll definitely need more information. You have a special sort of balance that can't be replaced by any of our stock options. Because of this, it will need to be a custom order.

Your pictures are a big help and tell us a lot, but I still need a couple more details. First, please remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me a clear picture of the top nylon fitting. Yours is obscured, currently. I also need to see a picture of the metal hook at the end of the cord. This is the hook that clips into the side jamb while it's installed.

Finally, how many of these did you need?

I'm not sure what you mean by locking tab. Could you be referring to the take-out clip? If so, that's our 16-002. There's nothing special about this, but it is sold separately.
