Looking for a replacement for channel balance for non-tilt window

And one with same width but 22 inches long
Marked: 2130Q

Also my windows doesn't have the small locks on the side to release that window ,,,

Thanks for posting. Check out our Series 350 and see if this is a match for your two balances. It looks like you're also missing a 16-002 take out clip.
