Hi there. It looks like you have a Coil Balance Shoe, 15-177. This is usually used with the Series 152 coil balance. I also see one Lance Spring Cover, 15-156 and Coil Balance drum, 15-157. It looks like you have two coils attached to your shoe so there must be another support that is missing in this photo. Look for a number printed on your coil that indicates the number of pounds that it can carry. If you can't find that number you'll need to weigh your sash and divide that weight by the total number of coils that support it. Each coil will have to carry that number of pounds.
