Looking for a specific casement lock we cannot seem to find

I have had a repair specialist out to try to replace this lock and he was unable to find this part anywhere. This goes on a double hung window.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a match for our 38-144 lock, which is compatible with the 38-277 and 38-276 keepers.
