Looking for balance assembly with shoe

Question

Hi...I don't know what size this particular part is....there is the letter "B" stamped on the coil. The track is 25.5" in length. I am going to need quite a few replacement parts as several of my 18 vinyl window replacements are giving out...can you help?

ps, windows are all different sizes and weights...

Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-177, which is commonly used with our Series 152 spring. Look these parts over and see what you think! Keep in mind that you only need to replace what's broken. You can reuse old hardware as long as they aren't damaged.
