I see a 27-4 on the metal. It is 28" metal to metal. There are 4 holes on the side closer to the top and one a bit further down. There is not a hole in the center of the metal strip.

You don't have to worry about the holes in the metal channel, which we don't use to recommend a replacement. Based on this additional information, you'll need our S395-28 channel balance with a 2740 strength option. Thank you!
