Looking for counter balance spring

Customer says that the company that he bought these windows from is no longer in business. Currently the windows can stay open unless we place an object underneath it. Looking for a way to get replacement springs

Hello there. I think we can help, but can you show me the pivot shoe further down the sash that the springs connect to? The identity of the sash shoe will determine the spring identity.

Hi Bob, I was able to get the additional pics you requested. Hopefully we have enough data to ID the correct replacement counter balance.

This is perfect, thanks. What you have here is a Series 140 Coil Balance system. For any housing stamped '7', that means you can use the S140-07 7 pound system. Let me know if you have further questions.
