Looking for handle with latch for my slider door

Question

Hi, I am hoping you would be able to assist me. I have a slider door, and the latch handle is broken. The door was here 8 years ago when we bought the home so I am working with minimal information about what part it needs, I already figured out that the aftermarket replacements will not work. Here is the information I found in the corner of the glass on my door.

The only information I see on the handle itself is on the inside part (with the latch), and it says:

I have no clue which of these is the model number. The old handle is now off, so I attached the pictures of the detached part from front and back (both sides of the door), hopefully that helps. It does not need to be the exact same style per se, but I need to find something that fits with the spacing between the holes already premade on the door. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the very detailed information. We appreciate it. For this surface handle set, we believe our 82-005 would do the trick in a replacement. Look over the measurements along with some other hardware we placed in a list on this page for you to see if this is what you have been searching for.
