identifying a sash lift

Here are some pictures of a lift where the string inside has broken. The metal measurement is 28". The stamp on it shows 27. I don't know what the brand is. Can you help me figure out what part I need ? Thanks. Glenn

Hello,
Your photos resemble the S765-28 channel balance with 27-7 strength options. With that being said, make sure to confirm that the clip at the end of the pulley cord of an undamaged balance matches ours. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks for posting!
