Looking for matching slide-in tilt latch for Patriot windows

I have Patriot windows installed throughout the house. Many of the slide-in tilt latches are coming off (picture attached) and I am trying to find replacement parts for it. Please advice what replacement part I need to replace these.

We thank you for your interest in SWISCO. I have known most Patriot windows are able to use our 26-243 and our 26-244 top tilt latches as replacements. I recommend you making comparisons between yours and ours to see if you think these are a match for you. I also noticed in one of your photos, the window balance looks broken. If in fact it is, you may want to consider our Series 795 channel balance as a replacement.
