I am looking for the counter balance, window has one markin on handle, IWC.
I also need the retaining clip

Hey there. Starting with your clip, our 16-002 should work for you. We have known most IWC windows to use the Series 390 channel balances complete with a 19-002 top and 15-001 bottom balance shoe. I think the S390-27 with a 2650 option is a good match for your existing balance. Take a closer look and see if you agree.
