Looking for new handle and lock

Question

I am looking for a handle and lock compatible with PAT# 6.264.252

The problems I am experiencing are the following
1. No key for lock in my possession
2. Handles are loose, screws that fasten the handles through the mortise appear to be slipping when I tighten them

Are you able to suggest the best part to fix?
