Looking for old model windows open operator

Our old model windows can't be closes tightly by the operator working. I need to replace this operator, but I couldn't find it at hardware stores. Do you have it in your store?

Thanks for posting. This looks like it might be either the 39-253RB or 39-439B, depending on the appendage at the end of the straight arm. The video below explains. For new covers and handles, see either the 39-376 or 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
