Looking for part

Looking to replace a broken coil and housing for my double hung window. The picture I've attached is a working window that is the exact same as the one with broken plastic pieces. There no name or identifying marks and the windows that are legible. Please let me know what other info you need

Also i couldn't find any numbers on it, but the window weights 18.2 lbs. Not sure if that helps at all.

Thank you for the additional photos! I recommend you have a look at the Series 140. If the specifications align, you can use the S140-9. One of these on each side of the window will support a sash weighing 17-18.99 pounds. Special tools aren't needed but if your windows lack a cut-out to remove the hardware then you will have to make your own as shown in the video below.
