Thanks for posting! Your balance assembly is made using the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. I am certain this is what you'll need for the replacement but be sure to remove the existing hardware to compare the dimensions.
The compatible pivot bar is the 26-040.
This shoe is compatible with the Series 190 Coil Balance Springs, attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. Your coils are anchored to the window track using the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip and the 15-182 Balance Bushing.
To select the correct coil springs for your assembly, carefully review the video tutorial.
This assembly is not sold as an assembled set, unfortunately. You'll need to purchase the recommended pieces and assemble it prior to the installation.
