Thanks for the photos of your hardware. Your pivot shoe is similar to our 15-177, except we screw our S152 coil springs with the 33-071 pan head screw. To replace your coils, you'll need the spring weight numbers off the old springs to determine the new springs to order. Finally, the pivot bar can be replaced with our 26-226.
