Hello,

I don't believe we carry an exact match for your top sash guide, but the 18-073 is very close. It just has a groove in the 'head' that your old one lacks, but if the dimensions below match, this could work as a replacement.

As for your balances, we would need to see photos of the bottom fitting as well to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
