Looking for plastic "glide" piece that connect metal peg to spiral part

A home owner from Mi says:
Hello,
New to us house. Double hung vinyl windows with no identifying name/brand. Several of the windows need this plastic part replaced that connect metal peg to spiral rod. I don't see any label/part numbers. I think it is 3/8 thick, and 2 1/8 long.
The spiral rod is 1 7/8inch by 29inch. Any help appreciated.

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe and pivot bar. We can help with both, though we need more information. Please remove an undamaged version of both the pivot shoe and pivot bar from the window so that we can see what they look like, whole and without obstruction.

For the pivot shoe, I will additionally need to know its thickness. For the pivot bar, I need to know the distance between the center of the first screw hole and the front tip.

A home owner from Mi says:
Thank you. When I am able to have someone help me remove the window i will post the needed info.
A home owner from Mi says:
Hi,
Our pivot bar is 2 1/2 inch long, with 1 3/8 from end to middle of first hole. It has the numbers, 82,77,1 on one side and 99B78 5069001 on the other I am thinking the closest is flared pivot 26-412.

The pivot shoe is labeled 16F85, the measurements match with 15-046

If you have any other thoughts, I would appreciate your input.

Hello! It looks like you did my work for me. I totally agree with your picks and I think they'll work well for your window.

A home owner from Mi says:
Hi again Tom,
While installing the new pivot shoe 15-046 we have encountered an issue. On our original shoe the area surrounding the circle insert is recessed slightly which allows the "t" portion of the flared pivot bar to rotate while fitting in the window's channel . With the model we ordered the "t" will not fill behind the channel. All other measurements are a match. Please advise solutions. Thanks.

I think I understand what you're saying. Can you confirm the dimensions of your old pivot shoe? It sounds like it might not be 1/2" thick after all.

A home owner from Mi says:
Hi Tom I checked my dimension on the pivot shoe original to the house. It is between 1/2 and 5/8 thick. The biggest difference is that mine is recessed around the circle that the pivot lock turns in where the ones I ordered from you are flush I will attach a picture. The circle part is removed from mine.

Thanks for waiting while we looked into this. I recommend looking at our 15-154 pivot shoe. This has a similar recess to your shoe and may be an applicable replacement option.
