I am looking to replace these window hinges wondering if they are still available. Home was built in 1999. Thank you.

Hello there. I believe you have either the 39-253LB or 39-438B, depending on the appendage at the end of the straight arm. The video below explains. For a new cover and handle, see either the 39-375 or 39-438, depending on the style you prefer.
