Looking for replacement balance

Question

Have a few windows that require replacing the balance. They have come apart at the T lock balance shoe. I've attached some pictures for your assistance in selecting the right replacement. 30 in length by a little less than 5/8 width.

It's hard to make out your balance from this picture. I see you were looking at our Series 795 channel balance. Does the hardware on this match? It comes with a 1-1/4" wide T lock shoe and a screw clip at the top. Does that line up with what you have?
