Looking for replacement coil balance

Old double pane window. Looking for a set of replacement part for a double coil balance. There is a 5 stamped into one of the coils.
Can you reccomend replacement part numbers that may work with this?

Hey there. Your pivot shoe looks like an older version of the 15-177. It works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. A spring stamped '5' can be replaced with the S152-5 5 pound spring. For new coil covers, see the newer style 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145. These pieces 'sandwich' around each individual coil.
