We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing door pivot but either our 79-098 Right Flush Door Offset Pivot Set or our 79-134 RH Commercial Storefront Offset Pivot Set may work as a suitable replacement. To determine if either of these would work for your repairs, take a look over the dimensions for each of them below. I've also tagged the left handed version of each of these pivot sets below.
