Looking for replacement handles

The handles are 12 inches long and the attachment holes are 10 inches apart. Also need to back side of the handles as well

I am afraid we don't carry a style of handle like this. The only thing I can really offer is to replace this entire set up with a surface mount handle set like our 82-005; but this would require drilling new holes to install it. I apologize we can't be of more help, and many thanks for considering our business.
