Looking for replacement part for outside handle

Hi! We recently bought a house built in 1964 and need the handles that go on the outside of this lock.  I'm not sure if it locked from the outside or not.  We have 3 of these sliding glass doors on the balcony side of our house.  We can replace the whole mechanism if we need to.  Thanks in advance for your help!

I doubt this exact handle set has been made for quite some time but take a look at our surface mounted 82-005 handle set, along with the installation video we've related for you, and see if this could work as a replacement. Thank you!
