Looking for replacement part that similar to this one.

This one was been replaced by someone and it still in good shape. But the other side was broke. The one that I can found in the same size is 15-118. Is this ok to use?

I don't think you want the 15-118. This is a different style of shoe compared to yours. Consider the 15-129 instead. This looks closer.
