And could you provide the width and thickness of the shoe? This will help us make sure we recommend the correct part. Thanks!

I don't believe the width is 3/4". I don't know of any shoe made that is that narrow. I think if you remove the shoe from the window you'll find that it's 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. It's important to remove the shoe before you measure it for the most accurate dimensions.

One shoe that comes to mind is our 15-046. This may be a feasible match, but you need to remove your shoe from the window to confirm.
