Looking for replacement parts

I've been trying for a very long time to replace these door parts. I cannot find replacements. Any help would be appreciated

Hello there. The mortise lock might be our 82-260. For the keeper, the 82-249. Please compare. For the handle set, see the 82-030. Note that we don't carry 'dummy' handle sets, or handle sets that are just meant for a sliding door panel with no locking device. But you could probably use the 82-030 and remove the thumb lever to do this task.
