Looking for replacement patio door lock

Need to replace or repair patio door lock - the spring inside has quit holding flip lock in "lock" position.

Do you sell parts and or total sets?

Thanks for posting! It sounds like the mortise lock is the only problem, I see no reason why you'd need a whole new handle set. Please see our 82-260. This looks like it could be a good match for yours, but see what you think.

Thank you so much! We purchased the item and installed, and it works perfectly! It was exactly right, so our door now locks without purchasing a whole new handle set! Glad we found your company!
