Looking for replacement window hardware

I work with Lee & Cates Glass in Yulee, FL. We have been searching for replacement window hardware for a customer with no success up to now. I have a few additional photos available if needed but hit the max to upload. The stamp on the balance rod is 33H. I need the balance rods, the end as shown in the photos and the cam/shoe. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Looks like you need a new balance and pivot shoe. The good news is that I'm very familiar with these parts and we can definitely help.

Starting with the shoe, this is our 15-216. Review our dimensions just to be 100% sure, but they should match up nicely.

The balance is a special configuration that isn't available as a stock assembly, but we do sell modern parts that can be used by way of alternative. What you need to do is use our Series 795 tilt window channel balance, remove the "T" shaped shoe at the bottom, and replace it with our 15-224 inverted link. That will allow the balance to interface with the shoe.

Just one note: the Series 795 balance comes with a screw clip at the top. Sometimes these come with a hook instead. Can you check to see which one you have? If you have the hook then that may complicate the project.
