Do you guys have a direct part replacement for this window operator?

It's hard to tell what you have from this photo. Much of the part is cut off, so I'm not sure of the exact design. However it looks similar to our 39-239B. Could this be what you're looking for?

If not, or if you aren't sure, I'd like a photo of the whole mechanism so that we can find a better match.

I've got that same operator as the caller from the cape. Tom I agree it looks almost identical to your part number:

Was there a definitive match here, what's the rest of the story? If so, i would like to order one ASAP.

While we never heard back from the original poster, Tom's recommendation was dead-on; based on the image, the 39-239B seemed promising. Ultimately you need to compare the dimensions listed in the pictures on the shop page to confirm. For a stainless steel version of this operator, consider the 39-239C.
