Looking for steel spiral balance pivot, 2 of them

I need a steel spiral balance pivot where the spiral balance is blue tip and 3/8 in. The pivot itself is 1/4" wide, 3/16" tall, and 2 inches long. The balance pivot fits into a red plastic insert when reinstalling the lower sash.

Found out window was manufactured by Atrium Door & Window of Dallas, TX
