Looking for the correct balance rod to replace broken

A quick learner from Florida says:

Hello, I have a window with balance rods that are broken. on the rod is printed 34-9 EA2 CMC 12. I'm not sure if that helps you or not but I am not sure on the strength of these rods, but the sash is pretty heavy.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for posting. I would recommend our S380-29 channel balance. Look over our pictures and photos on its store page, I think you'll find it matches quite well. As for the stamp option, your "34-9" is a little outdated and not a strength rating used anymore. You will need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm which of our options would be best.
