Length is 22 inches, width is 0.5 inches.
Only Markings are 21 3 JP Caldwell
I think I need a 22" series 395, but unsure of the option

It sounds like you'll need a 2130 option based on your stamp number. If you'd like us to confirm that the S395-22 will work as a replacement, please send us a picture of your balance, including both end attachments.
