Looking for the right shoe and balance

Question

My windows have a vinyl tube around the balance and also a deterioted shoe due to being near the water and corrosion. I surmised I have the 400 spiral balance but can't identify the shoe that would would work to replace this.  Any help would be appreciated and I will place my order.  Thanks!!

Hello! I don't believe you have our Series 400 spiral balance, as this is a tilt window and the Series 400 is strictly non-tilt. If the diameter of the tube is 3/8" then that would mean you have our Series 900 instead.

As for the pivot shoe, it's tough to tell what it is based on its current condition but it is similar in design to our 15-188. I recommend comparing this to an undamaged version of your shoe (assuming you have one). That will allow you to ensure that everything is in line.
