Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see the pivot shoe and coil springs fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe. See the videos related on this page to assist you in the meantime. Thank you!
Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-141 at first glance but the style of the cam is different. We'd like to see photos of the pivot bar that installs in the cam removed from the sash to confirm if it would be compatible with our shoe.
Please note that this shoe is compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 150 coil springs. I'd also recommend double-checking the size of your coils since they shouldn't be larger than the thickness of the pivot shoe.
We'll need to see the pivot bar fully removed from the sash as demonstrated in the video below.
Thanks for getting back to us. Based on your additional photos, I'd suggest using the 26-040 pivot bar for the window sash. Going back to the pivot shoe, Casey is correct that you have the 15-141 pivot shoe but the coil springs are discontinued.
As an alternate solution, I suggest using the 15-158 pivot shoes with Series 152 coil springs and 33-071 attaching screw. Review the specifications shown on our product pages and see what you think.
Pricing for each part can be found directly on our product pages. You can click on the highlighted product codes in this thread and it will take you straight to the part details. Once all of the parts are added to your cart, you'll be given multiple shipping options to choose from, including cost and delivery estimates. If you need any help placing your order, please give our customer service team a call at (888) 991-1929.
You would need to physically weigh the sash to confirm the corresponding strength options since you will be converting the window to use different coil springs. The sash weight would be divided by the number of coils you'll be using on both sides to calculate the strength options for each coil.
