Thanks for posting. Looks like you need new shoes, springs, and pivot bars. Your shoe is a match for our 15-177, which is designed to work with the Series 152 coil spring. I feel pretty confident these will work for you.

I'm less confident about the pivot bar. There are a ton of possibilities and I'll need more of a reference to narrow it down. Do you have an undamaged version you can show me out of the window?
