Thanks for reaching out! Your balance shoe is no longer made but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe should work fine in its place. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm.

The coil spring you'll need to complete the assembly is the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance, attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To select your coils, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on them. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide that number by the total number of coils in the window.

The 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel are used for the coil cover/support.
