Hello,

Your photos resemble the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with either the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs or the 1/2" thick Series 160. It looks like your springs may be 3/8", but make sure to confirm. If so, see the 15-204 dual support. Thanks for posting!
