Looking for this style of pivot shoe

Question

None of my windows have manufacturer identifiers. They are all vinyl tilt style. They were likely installed around 20 years ago. The photo shows the style of pivot shoe that they all have. Over the years several of the pivot shoes have cracked making it too easy for the window to slip out with simple raising or lowering. I cannot find a match anywhere in your catalog for my style of pivot shoe.

Take a look at the video below, which shows the process of converting your crossbow-style rod balances to our Series 795 channel balances. Before you place an order, make sure to confirm that the spring of your balance measures 1/2" in diameter. If it differs, let us know your measurement and we can go from there. Thank you!
