Looking for two sets of Chanel balances and window hardware

Hi looking for two sets of channel balances plus the window part that holds the balance in place as shown in the photos attached.  The windows are single hung.  They seem heavy.

Your balances resemble the S395 shown below. Take a look and confirm the specifications match yours. You'll also need to check the stamp code on each balance to choose the corresponding spring strength options for your replacement balances.

As for the top sash guide, I'm not sure we carry an exact replacement, but the 18-166 is similar. Review the dimensions below and get back to us with your measurements written out if you notice any discrepancies. Thank you!
