Thanks for reaching out to us! We may be able to supply you with a replacement for the door roller you need but I wouldn't be able to identify it based on the information on the handle, unfortunately. I'll need to see a photo of the roller, removed from the door, to make the correct recommendation.
Take a look at the two video tutorials below for an idea on how to remove the rollers from the bottom of the door and the information I'll need to identify them.
Thanks for the photos. We do not have an exact replacement match for your sliding door roller but I believe we may have a few that could be worth considering as replacements. Start with taking a look at our 81-148 and 81-254. Carefully review and compare the dimensions and compare them to your existing roller to determine if either of these could work for your repairs.
Another option is the 81-139, which has the tab installed at the bottom of the housing. This may possibly still work to complete your repairs in spite of that difference but I cannot make any guarantees. Take a look over the dimensions and see what you think.
