Your balance shoe resembles the 15-087 housing pivot shown below, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-024 mounting bracket.
As for your tilt latches, we can't be sure based on a damaged tile latch but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to an intact version.
We'd be happy to research the replacement options for your pivot bar as well but we would need to see an undamaged pivot bar removed from the other side or an identical window in the house. Thank you!

As for the pivot bar, we would need to see an intact version of yours uninstalled to compare to our inventory.
