Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact replacement match for your pivot shoe but our 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe should work well in its place. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to confirm.
This coil shoe is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 152 Coil Balance, secured to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. To determine the springs needed to complete your assembly, you'll need to look for stamps/markings on the coils. If your coils do not have stamps or they are hard to read, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Then you'll divide the weight by the total number of coils in the window.
You'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and the 15-145 Coil Support Barrel to replace the balance covers.
Your surface mounted latch looks like an exact match to the 26-456 Interconnect Latch. Carefully compare them to confirm that this is the right fit.
