Looking for window parts for silverline double hung window installed in 2009.

Home Owner from Blacksburg, VA
I need both balances and tilt locks.  The balance is 32 inches with 30-5 stamped on it.  The sash weighs 20 lbs.  The tilt locks have wings on them.  Thank you

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! There is a strong possibility we can provide you with a recommendation for the balance you need. To confirm, I'll need to see a photo of the bottom attachment that should be on the balance. It is likely still connected to the bottom of the window sash, so you'll need to remove it to be able to get photos of the attachments.

Please be sure to provide photos of any other hardware that may be installed in the window track as well.

This is the only other piece there is.  Let me know if this is what you are looking for.  There is nothing attached to the bottom of the balance.  Thanks.

Thanks for the additional photos. Based on the stamp, the length of the channel should be 31". That said, I believe you'll need the S795-31, it comes assembled with the 15-195 T-Lock Balance Shoe. Be sure to double check the length of the metal channel to be sure.

You'll need to select the 31C stamp option for your 20lb sash.

Thanks Jasmine,  that part looks a little different than what is in there but will hopefully work.  do you have a suggestion for the tilt locks.

If the shoe looks different than what you currently have, it would be important to remove the channel and examine it. There are some cases where our shoe is not compatible with older channels, so you may need to consider replacing the entire assembly.

Your tilt window latches remind me of the 26-408 Tilt Latch Pair. Carefully look over the dimensions below to determine if these are the right fit for your window.
