Plain Channel Balances for Vinyl Tilt Windows

Hello,Looking to replace channel balances for vinyl tilt windows. I have 2 Balances Stamped: (3/07) UNIQUE 27-D-40 and (3/06) UNIQUE 27-E-50 Plain channel. Although they're stamped 27, they measure 28 inches.Photos attached.

Hello,
Though the style is different, I believe our S795 channel balance could work as replacements for your original hardware. With that being said, make sure to confirm if the T-lock shoe has the same 1-1/4" width as the 15-195 that comes with our stock balances.
If you're sure that the metal channel measures 28" long, not including the T-lock shoe. See the S795-28. You may be able to use the 28D strength option based on your stamp but I'd recommend confirming your sash falls within the 23-28 Ibs. range these balances will support. Thanks for posting!

The photo attached is the measurements of the T-Lock shoe on the old balance.
Will the S795-28" still work? ... The total leangth of the balance with the T-Lock shoe attached is 29"
The channel it's self is 28" X 1/2"
