I am trying to find these window balances for 4 windows in my home. The springs have rusted and are now beginning to break off. Home was built in 2011. I attached 4 pictures from another window that hasn't had this issue. The windows in the home are all the same size. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you need different pictures please let me know.

Your channel balance resembles the S795-27 (27B) except that yours appears to use a hook at the end of the pulley cord instead of the screw tab used by our stock balances. They can still work for you but you would need to confirm if the cutout that the hook attaches to in the jamb is square. If so, you can follow the video below to install the 26-200 screw plug. If the cutout is round, just let us know and we can go from there. Thank you.
