Looking to replace entire sliding door handle

I would like to replace this keyed patio door handle with the same thing or something that will work and install in
A similar fashion. Please see the pics. Thanks so Much,

Welcome to our site. I think I have a suggestion, if the installation holes on your old handle measure 4-15/16" from center to center. You'll need to confirm the measurements, but I suspect that our 82-005 and 82-306 will fit your needs. Check out the item page for dimensions, and let me know if this will work.
