Looking to replace this lock set and handle assembly for a custom sliding door

I am looking to track down a replacement for a dual latch lock and handle as the lever assembly is loose and I have been unable to tighten things up with some minir disassembly. I am concerned about rendering it completely inoperable.
I noticed there was an issue when I accidentally locked my self on a second floor balcony in 100 F heat for a couple hours until I could have someone come let me back in the house.
I'm looking to replace the entire assembly if possible. The door company that I bought the door from is no longer in business.
Can you help me narrow down a possible replacement? I can later disassemble and take measurements if the possibility exists that there is an option.
Hopefully the photos can get us started to see if this is worth continuing.
