Looking to replace this part 31538

Hey Jeff. I believe you need either the 39-031 and 39-032, or the 39-155 and 39-156. These operators are identical except for the length of the link arm. The 39-031 and 39-032 have a 4-7/16" long link arm, while the link arm on the 39-155 and 39-156 is 3-13/16" in length. See the diagrams below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see which set of operators matches best. In either case, for new covers and handles you can use the 39-107 and 39-114L.
