Louisiana Pacific window parts

Question

We need the seals, lift assist, and guides for  36"x36" double hung window (Louisiana Pacific). We have the wood frame In the wall and both sashes and that is all. It was disassembled to put a stove pipe through years ago, and the parts are not to be found. We hope you can help us, thank you and please let us know if you need something else.

At first glance, out 26-150 pivot pair and S751 channel balances look similar to the hardware in your photos. You'll need to carefully compare dimensions to confirm and remove an undamaged balance to make sure the knife lock shoe matches up to the 15-014 that comes with the S751.
